A fine quality late Victorian Sampson Mordan & Co (tests as) 14 carat gold telescopic Propelling Pencil with attached suspension ring, decorated with a cobalt blue guilloche enamel sleeve. Save for a small knock to the bottom of the barrell (as shown) the pencil is in very good condition.
